Maulden 5k Run – Supporting the local community

As we live through an incredibly surreal 10 days mourning the loss of our most gracious & remarkable Queen Elizabeth II one moment and then rejoicing & celebrating the Proclamation of Accession of King Charles III the next, we look for ways at bringing our communities together at such times and I’m proud to say that our Maulden Community 5k that was organised some months ago and where the decision was made to go ahead did just that

A one minutes silence was observed followed by the firing of the pistol and then the runners were off giving it there all!

A massive thank you & well done to everyone that took part and congratulations to the winners 🏅 – a well needed success all round.
