Celebrating Nick Keating’s 30 years with Hillsons

As the MD of MJ Hillson Ltd, some of the proudest moments I experience are those when I am able to recognise the commitment and dedication of our staff. Everyone in the company takes huge pride in the quality of our work, and as a firm we believe that excellent workmanship comes from investing in the workforce. At every level, from apprentices to managers, we all continue our professional development, acquiring new skills and staying up-to-date with safety requirements and industry innovations.

In March 2022, I had the absolute honour of presenting a watch to Nick Keating, one of our site supervisors, marking his 30 years’ service. He joined an elite group of our staff who have been with us for well over that period… which just proves the overwhelming levels of commitment from our staff.

These remarkable achievements are a credit to everyone within the business.
