Brian Renphrey and team are working hard to get this project over the line as this challenging project is coming to the end.
Domenico and team have nearly completed this project with some final snagging works to do and some post contract variations to finish.
It’s all systems go here with intricate staircase installations to both townhouses and duplex apartments well underway. Alongside this, kitchen units are being fitted to the affordable apartments and door sets and ironmongery to multiple locations.
We have completed level 3 of this project, with door and ironmongery all installed and handed over in 3 weeks.
Aiming for a 22nd June handover, we are currently well ahead of schedule. All doors and ironmongery are installed and we aim to complete snagging and glass manifestation in early June
With the M J Hillson office now set up at Landmark Pinnacle, Irfaan, Paul and Roman are ready to get moving on this 76 storey building. We are working with many of our existing suppliers and sub-contractors including; Stairways doors, Aspex, CMS Danskin, IDM, Lloyd Worrall, The Timber Group and Protec. Starting at level 11 we have already fitted door sets, danskin flooring and hardwood flooring and are already underway on the danskin flooring to level 12.
