Hillson’s took a trip to Samuel Whitbread Academy careers fair. This evening provided an opportunity for over 1,750 students and parents to discuss career aspirations and find out more information about their future career planning. With this in mind the M J Hillson team set out to talk to as many students as they could about the fantastic opportunities working for the M J Hillson Group could bring. We hope they will now consider us and the construction industry in their future career planning.

We also sponsored the Young Engineering Team. Samuel Whitbread run a young engineering club for students who are interested in engineering, motorsport, science, technology and maths. The main focus of this club is an opportunity for students to get involved in Formula 24 racing and take part in national competitions, where this season they have already come second in two of their races. Students are encouraged to get involved in every aspect of the engineering and racing of Formula 24 cars.
