General

• Only essential staff members to attend the office
• Social distancing of 2mtrs to be maintained at all times in the workplace.
• No passing on the stairs.
• No sharing of phones and keyboards, ie not hot desking permitted, no handing over phones.
• No persons are to attend offices if they are vulnerable or live with a person classed as vulnerable.
• No person to attend work if they have experienced any Covid 19 related symptoms
o High temperature
o New continuous cough
Stay home and call 111 then inform MJ Hillson
• If staff member falls ill, they are to return home and inform MJ Hillson.
• Staff to drive to work in their own vehicle unless they cohabit.
• First aider to review St Johns Ambulance guidance on first aid during pandemic.

Visitors

• Only essential visitors to be admitted, eg: repairs staff.
• Visitors to confirm lack of symptoms and that they are not a vulnerable person or living with such a vulnerable person prior to admittance.
• MJ Hillson staff to sign in visitor.
• Social distancing to be maintained throughout.

Toilets

• Only on member of staff to use toilets at any one time. Social distancing to be maintained.
• Staff to wash hands before and after using toilets.

Kitchen

• Only two persons at a time in the kitchen while maintaining social distance.
• Staff to use hand sanitiser prior to entering kitchen.• Staff to ensure utensils, plates and bowls are cleaned in dish washer after use.

Alcohol Gel

Ensure hand gel has evaporated/dried prior conducting visit

Read supplier info, use moisturiser to replace skin oils, stop use if painful condition presents.
