Football Shirt Friday for The Hillson Group

On Friday 16th September 2022, staff from the Hillson Group of companies, including MJ Hillson Ltd and Innovation On-site, donned their favourite football shirts in support of two amazing charities: MIND and the St Johns Hospice.

Ranging from Liverpool to Luton, England to Arsenal, Tottenham to Charlton Athletic – and many more! ― as you might imagine, the shirts raised a fair amount of banter among the participants! More importantly, though, it raised more than £1,500 for these great charities.

MIND provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. It campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding – and MIND won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem is given support and respect.

The Sue Ryder St John’s Hospice in Moggerhanger in Bedfordshire provides expert care for life-limiting conditions. They are there to help people with everything from pain and symptom management to emotional and practical support.
