M J Hillson Management Re-Structure Announcement

After an impressive 58 years of dedicated leadership as Group Managing Director, Michael Hillson is stepping aside from his role at the helm of the MJ Hillson Group of Companies. This includes MJ Hillson LTD, Hillson Builders LTD, Innovation On-Site LTD and Maulden Vale LTD. Michael’s unwavering commitment and vision have been the cornerstone of the Group’s success and growth over the years.

In his place, we are pleased to announce that Mark Hillson, currently the Managing Director of MJ Hillson, will take over as Group Managing Director. Mark’s experience, vision, and commitment to the Group’s values make him the ideal choice to lead the next chapter of our journey.

While Michael will be transitioning out of the day-to-day operations, he will remain as Group Chairman, continuing to provide strategic guidance, support, and mentorship across all areas of the business.

Mark’s new role as Group Managing Director takes effect immediately. A thorough handover process is underway to ensure a seamless transition.

To fill the position of Managing Director at MJ Hillson, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Irfaan Pochee, currently the Contracts Director. Irfaan has worked closely with Mark over recent years, forming a strong partnership that has driven much of MJ Hillson recent success. In his new role, Irfaan will build on the foundation of excellence he and Mark have established together.
