The Brief

This large-scale job at 40 Chancery Lane saw us fitting out the core areas of an office building over four floors for Morgan Sindall. We also fitted out the toilets with soap dispensers and stainless-steel mirror surrounds, electronic door closers and locks. We also worked on the roof

The Approach

On 40 Chancery Lane, we faced considerable time pressure on this job because when we arrived, the project was already behind schedule. Our team – between six and eight people – regularly worked nights, following the steel installation by putting in joists and decks in order that the next floor could go in the next day. In addition, we had to overcome problems with the supply of the doors so they could be fitted on schedule.
